The latest offering from playwright Donald Margulies stars Laura Linney and Brian D'Arcy James as Sarah and Jamie, a pair of war zone journalists whose nine year relationship is tested by a near death experience.
Sarah, a photographer, and Jamie, a writer, have spent their entire relationship on the front lines documenting famine, wars, and atrocities, but after Sarah sustains serious injuries from a car bombing in Iraq , Jamie brings her home to recuperate, only to find that their relationship might not survive the predictable day to day of domestic life.

Show Synopsis
Broadway favorite Laura Linney stars in Pulitzer prize-winning playwright Donald Margulies production Time Stands Still. The play tells the story of a journalist and a photographer who together document the harsh realities of war in the Middle East for nine years. Injuries force the couple to return to a more conventional life in New York, and struggle with a mundane existence and a life they no longer recognize. Daniel Sullivan directs.
