The Norman Conquests: A Comedy Trilogy
Show Synopsis
For the first time since 1976 Alan Ayckbourn's comedic trilogy, The Norman Conquests return to Broadway direct from a successful run at the Old Vic in London. Enjoy the title character Norman's blundering attempts to rendezvous with his sister-in-law, brother-in-law's wife, and his own wife from three different angles: the dining room (Table Manners), living room (Living Together) and garden (Round and Round the Garden) of the family's country home in his misguided quest for love and happiness. The Circle in the Square Theatre will host all three full-length plays of The Norman Conquests in rotation; enjoy them as standalone plays or as a trilogy, officially running from April 23rd until July 26th, 2009.
