Set in Springfield High School in 1958, The Marvelous Wonderettes: Betty, Jean, Cindy Lou, Missy and Suzie dream of stardom. The girls get their chance when they are called on as a last minute replacement for their senior prom, only to be sabotaged by one another. The drama follows the girls through the rest of the night as the prom queen is chosen and even to their ten year high school reunion.
The musical contains songs we all know and love such as "Mr. Sandman," "Lollipop," "Dreamlover" among others.
