Show Synopsis
The time is the 1960s. A controlling mother and her eccentric daughter are spending their summer on a lake opposite a hotel on the Catskill Mountains in Richard Greenberg's play The American Plan. When Lily Adler finds herself falling for a handsome stranger at the Catskill retreat, her mother Eva is all but pleased. When Eva learns of the romance, lies are unveiled and Lily's last chance to break free of her imperious mother is dwindling and could be lost forever. This new revival Greenberg's drama The American Plan stars Lily Rabe and Mercedes Ruehl.
