Imagine a play full of sex, violence, betrayal, drugs and deception in which the main characters hardly ever get out of their chairs. A Steady Rain, a new play by Keith Huff, provides a dynamic evening of theatre rarely seen on Broadway, rich with spectacle and ornament of a different kind, the kind found in pure storytelling. This show boasts no fancy scenery, stage tricks or even special effects, but is, rather, an elaborate story, told on a bare stage with simple lighting.
