MTV VJ Excited For Greenday’s New Broadway Musical?
Last night while at the MTV Video Music Awards, we had the chance to interview stars from across the spectrum. When Green Day’s American Idiot first came out, MTV VJ Damien Fahey says he saw the parallels between American Idiot’s punk music flair and Broadway.
As we reported, the show opened on September 10th at Berkley Repertory Theatre. So time will tell if we see American Idiot on Broadway. Watch the video above to see what Fahey had to say about Green Day’s possible Broadway transition.
