Today in one of her few interviews since leaving the White House, former First Lady Laura Bush talked to a group of women in New York about reinvention and her eight years in Washington.
Last week you may remember we interviewed Leslie Jane Seymour the editor of More Magazine. Ms. Seymour talked to us about theater and the Reinvention Convention. During the interview, Seymour said she was looking forward to Mrs. Bush’s keynote address.
Today at More’s Reinvention Convention women gathered to learn about living their best life after 40. With 65% of women being Broadway ticket buyers, we thought it might be interesting to see what the former First Lady had to say, even though it was not directly related to Broadway. However, it is worth noting that Nora and Delia Ephron also spoke at the Reinvention Convention today about their new off-Broadway show Love, Loss and What I Wore.
