“Anything that crosses over the theatre and children to me is a wonderful cause.”

Tonight we interviewed Jude Law in one of the few videos interviews he has done since starring on Broadway in Hamlet.

Law came out to support Only Make Believe a non-profit group that creates, provides and performs theatre for children in hospitals around the New York City area. Tonight Only Make Believe celebrated it’s 10th anniversary with Sir Ian McKellen hosting a special Broadway performance featuring numbers from Hair, Memphis and The Lion King. Law told us that he feels Only Make Believe is a wonderful cause.

During our interview Law also said that he was proud to be part of the Broadway season this year starring in Hamlet. We asked him what he thought of the differences between New York and London audiences. Law said that there is a big difference saying that New York audiences being very welcoming and wanting to join in on the journey of Hamlet as the story unfolds on stage.
