Bono Coaching Carney

Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark has been on quite a roller coaster since the show was announced it was coming to the Broadway stage.

Evan Rachel Wood abruptly quit who was to be play Mary Jane Watson, and the show has been on hold for months, but now it looks like things are looking up for Julie Taymor’s Spider-Man musical.

The show has begun rehearsals with Reeve Carney playing Spider-Man and Carney is very excited to be coached by Bono of U2 stating, “It was completely surreal sitting next to Bono in rehearsal, and having him show me how to sing the songs.”
