Mendacity? Here comes this story from the New York Post. Oscar nominee Terrence Howard is facing a $5 million lawsuit from Andrew “Tex” Allen. Allen is accussing Howard of punching him in the face during rehersals for Cat On A Hot Tin Roof in January. From the IMDB:
In legal papers obtained by the New York Post, the composer - who gives no explanation for the alleged assault - claims the incident ruined his music playing, and he is seeking the huge sum in damages.
Howard made no secret of his distaste for Broadway after leaving the production, though the show was a hit.
