Disney Star Battles Lawsuit

Several reports out about a major teen star who is being sued for $5 Million. The star is not Miley Cyrus, though she is pictured next to Hannah Montana here at the Teen Choice Awards. The star in question is Vanessa Hudgens of High School Music fame.  The quick summary comes from AP via SeattlePI:

A music producer claiming equal shares in advances, royalties and merchandising from the booming business that is “High School Musical” is suing actor Vanessa Hudgens and her father for $5 million, The Associated Press reported.

Hudgens is a popular star, and the third installment of High School Musical is coming soon. Not sure how all this will play out, but we’ll keep an eye open.
