Matthew Broderick, Sarah Jessica Parker & The Philanthropist
Red Carpet and After Party Interviews
Last night The Philanthropist opened on Broadway. Written by Christopher Hampton, The Philanthropist sets out to profile a college professor who goes out of his way to be nice to people and is so nice that it actually works against him. Hampton told us last night that he has been wanting to see this production come to Broadway for sometime now and that he actually got the to write the show while he was in college.
After the show we also caught up with Matthew Broderick who said he was very happy to be in this latest Broadway production. With his wife Sarah Jessica Parker by his side, Broderick said that he enjoys working with Christopher Hampton and his fellow actors in the show.
