Kevin Spacey to Star

William Shakespeare’s classic, Richard III will be arriving at Old Vic Theater in the final season of The Bridge Project.  Directed by Sam Mendes, and starring Kevin Spacey in the title role, tickets for the London run will go on sale on January 31, 2011, and the show will open June 209, 2011.  The full cast is still to be announced

The Bridge Project is a joint effort with Old Vic, BAM, and Neal Street co-producing a three-year series of plays dedicated to large scale performances and classics.  Richard III is set to arrive at BAM on January 10, 2012, with tickets for this run going on sale in Autumn of 2011.
