Catherine Zeta-Jones and Angela Lansbury Rumored To Star In Broadway Revival Of ‘A Little Night Music’
New York Post Michael Riedel Reports Rumored Oscar/Tony Winners Roles in Broadway Revival


New York Post Rumor says Academy Award Winner Catherine Zeta-Jones and Iconic Actress Angela Lansbury are to star in a revival of A Little Night Music with music and lyrics by the famed Stephen Sondheim?
If the production pans out it would mark Catherine Zeta-Jones Broadway debut, playing alongside TV and Broadway Legend Angela Lansbury in The Menier Chocolate Factory’s production of A Little Night Music, the book is rumored to be by Hugh Wheeler, with choreography possibly by Lynne Page, the potential show director may be Trevour Nunn.
Zeta-Jones is rumored to be cast as Desiree and Lansbury is said to play Desiree’s mother Madame Armfeldt who is confined to a wheelchair during the show.
Five time Tony Winner, Lansbury just finished her run as Madame Arcati in the Box Office Broadway hit play Blithe Spirit which she won a 2009 Tony Award for Best Actress In A Play.
According to Riedel the Broadway musical is rumored to begin in December at the Walter Kerr Theatre
