2011 Golden Globe Nominees Come to Broadway
Impressive Hollywood Line-up For Upcoming Broadway Season
This morning the 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards Nominations acknowledged several stars who are preparing for upcoming theatre roles.
“The Big C” was nominated of Best Television Series. Laura Linney, who was nominated for her performance in the show, is currently starring the the Tony Award nominated play Time Stands Still alongside Christina Ricci.
Nominated for her performance as the title character in Showtime’s “Nurse Jackie,” Edi Falco will next appear in the spring 2011 Broadway revival of The House of Blues Leaves alongside Ben Stiller and Jennifer Jason Leigh.
That Champion Season will feature Chris Noth who was nominated for his role in the television series “The Good Wife.”
“Casino Jack” earned Kevin Spacey a nomination for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture-Comedy or Musical. Spacey will be joining Sam Mendes’ production of Richard III in it’s third and final year of the Bridge Project.
Nicole Kidman was nominated for her role in Rabbit Hole and will be joining the revival of Sweet Bird of Youth in the fall of 2011.
