Carrie Ann Inaba Dance Advice
From Dancing With The Stars To Broadway
Today while at the Burn the Floor press meet and greet, we had the chance to interview Carrie Ann Inaba. Inaba came on as a producer for Burn the Floor recently and is most recognized as one of the three judges on the hit ABC show Dancing With The Stars.
Inaba has an extensive dance and performance background. Inaba was a very popular singer in Tokyo from 1986 to 1988 and released three single albums. Upon returning to the United States she was a member of “Fly Girls” a group of dancers that were on In Living Color. In 2002 Inaba had an appearance in Austin Powers Goldmember.
Related to dance, Inaba has many TV choreography credits to her name including American Idol, All American Girl, the Partridge Family and Who Wants to Marry a Multi-Millionaire. Inaba is also credited for choreographing the Miss America Pageant for five years.
With all her success, we asked Inaba what advice she has for young and aspiring dancers. Watch the video above to see what she had to say.
